There is a review of some cases of patients treated in our clinic.
Case No.1

Fig.1: Patient with an old bridge in the lower jaw. X-ray analysis with planning of implantation.

Fig.2: Everything was done during one operation-old bridge removal, teeth extractions, immediate implantation.

Fig.3: The temporary acrylic bridge was made immediately after surgery and screwed on the implants, so the patient did not have to spend even one day toothless.

Fig.4: After four months the all implants are completely healed.

Fig.5: Temporary acrylic bridge was replaced by Titanium-ceramic bridge fixed by screws.

Fig.6: X-ray of fixed bridge fabricated by CRESCO precision method shows perfect fit of bridge supports on the implant necks.

Fig.1: Patient with abnormal position of the upper incissors and deep bite.

Fig.2: Plastic surgery of the gum was done after the prosthetic deep bite correction.

Fig.3: The new level of gingival margin achieved by plastic surgery is a basic for esthetic crowns.

Fig.1 and 2: Patient with root fracture of the upper central incisor with original crown. The root extraction immediate implant placement and immediate loading using temporary crown was suggested.

Fig.3: The root was extracted and implant was placed immediately during the same operation.

Fig.4 and 5: Incorporated dental implant in the mouth and on the X-ray ../images with temporary titanium abutment.

Fig.6 and 7: Compare original state and new situation two months after implantation with temporary composite crown which serves as a long term temporary tool to form the gingival margin. It will be replaced by metaloceramic crown after 6 months.

Fig.1: Patient after multiple extractions of loosing teeth because of severe periodontitis.Temporary removable dentures were made immediately.

Fig.2 and 3: Six months later the bone defects were completely healed and we inserted six implants in both jaws. After their integration the screw retained upper metaloceramic bridge and lower metaloacrylic denture were made.

Fig.4 and 5: One year later the new Titanium-acrylic denture fabricated by Cresco precision method was made. OPG X-ray shows perfect fit of bridge supports to implants.
