Esthetic Dentistry

Estetika3 The aim of modern dentistry is perfect reconstruction of dental tissues which should be functional as well as esthetic. We use materials which allow us to keep these requirements. We work with light-cured composite fillings which make it possible to achieve the proper shape and colour of teeth.

Another advantage of this material is minimal preparation of hard dental tissues. It also allows us to change the shape of teeth (closure of gaps between teeth), or cover the visible part of tooth with esthetic veneer. But it is possible only if the patient has good oral hygiene.

Estetika1 We also use metaloceramic or ceramic crowns to restore destroyed or endodonticly treated teeth. While crowns are made in dental laboratory patient is provided with chairside-made temporary crown.

In case the colour of the tooth is changed (after injury, endodontic treatment...), we use the vital or internal bleaching to get back it's original shade.
